Account details you give us: name or display name, email address, password (stored hashed) and date of birth for age verification. Preferences you choose: favourite sports and teams, odds format and theme. Usage data: pages viewed, selections added to your slip, and messages you send to Sparkles AI. Technical data: device type, browser and IP address.

To create and secure your account and verify you are 18+ (legal obligation and contract); to provide the Service, personalise WIE™ reads and Sparkles responses (contract); to improve, debug and protect the Service and prevent misuse (legitimate interests); and to send service emails such as verification and password resets (contract).

Messages you send to Sparkles, plus limited profile context such as your favourite team, are processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. Please don't share sensitive personal information in chat. Chat history is stored on your device and can be cleared any time with "Start a new chat".

We share data with service providers who host our platform, database, email delivery and AI models, all under contract and only as needed to run the Service. We may disclose data where required by law. We never sell your personal data. When you follow an affiliate link to a bookmaker, that operator becomes responsible for the data you give them.

We keep your account data while your account is open and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and request a portable copy. Many details can be changed directly in your Profile. To exercise any right, email privacy@intellibet.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your theme, odds format and chat history. These are required for the Service to work.

The Service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete any such data we discover.
