Terms & Conditions

The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. It is an offence under the Gambling Act 2005 for anyone under 18 to gamble in Great Britain, and we do not knowingly provide the Service to under-18s.

When you register you must confirm your date of birth and that you are 18+. We may carry out checks at any time and will immediately close any account we believe belongs to a person under 18. If you suspect an under-18 is using IntelliBet, contact us.

IntelliBet is an information, data and analytics service. We provide sports data, odds comparison, our Whale Intelligence Engine™ ("WIE™") confidence scores and the Sparkles AI assistant.

We do not accept bets, operate any gambling facility, hold customer funds or act as a bookmaker or betting intermediary, and we are not licensed by the Gambling Commission as a gambling operator. Any bet you place is placed directly with a third-party licensed bookmaker under their own terms and conditions.

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or professional advice, and no content is a guarantee, prediction or promise of any outcome. WIE™ scores, Sparkles AI responses and any suggested selections are opinions generated from statistical models and automated systems. They can be wrong.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify facts, prices, race times and runners with the relevant bookmaker or official source before betting. All betting decisions are yours alone and made at your own risk.

Odds and fixtures come from third-party data providers and are indicative only. Prices move constantly and may be delayed, suspended or withdrawn. The price shown in IntelliBet may differ from the price offered by the bookmaker at the moment you bet. We accept no liability for losses arising from inaccurate, delayed or unavailable data.

You must provide accurate registration details, verify your email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. You may close your account at any time from Settings, or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

Some links to bookmakers are affiliate links, and we may receive a commission if you register or bet with that operator. This never influences the WIE™ score shown, and best-price highlighting is based purely on the odds in our data feed. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for them.

You agree not to scrape, copy, resell or redistribute our data or scores; not to use automated systems to access the Service; not to reverse engineer any part of it; and not to use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive or that interferes with other users.

IntelliBet, the IntelliBet logo, Whale Intelligence Engine™, WIE™ and Sparkles, along with all software, content and scores in the Service, are owned by or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

We aim to keep the Service available but it is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and maintenance, outages or third-party feed failures may interrupt access.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for gambling losses, lost profits or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months or £100.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
